Meet our Remedial Massage Therapists

Aurelia Grezio

Dip. Remedial Massage

I am a qualified remedial massage therapist currently practising in Australia, with a background in osteopathic training completed in Italy. I am in the process of gathering the documentation required to apply for registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency. In the meantime, I practise within the scope of remedial massage therapy, applying soft tissue and manual techniques developed through more than a decade of study and professional development across Europe and the United States.

My background in healthcare began as an occupational therapist, but personal health challenges led me to discover osteopathic principles and a more hands-on approach to care. I completed my osteopathic training in Rome and have undertaken further education in craniosacral therapy, visceral techniques, and neural manipulation, which continue to inform my clinical perspective.

In my clinical work I integrate a range of soft tissue and manual approaches, craniosacral therapy, and visceral and neural techniques. Treatments are tailored to the individual, with the aim of supporting comfort, movement, and overall wellbeing. I have a strong interest in the interconnected nature of the human body and maintain a whole-person perspective in my approach to care.

I continue to further my studies, particularly through the Barral Institute, with a growing interest in the role of the visceral and neural systems in health and recovery. Outside the clinic, I enjoy jazz music and have a strong interest in cooking and culinary traditions from around the world.

Kath Rapson

Originally from South Africa, Kath moved to the UK and worked as a personal trainer and swim teacher, before furthering her career training into massage therapy. Kath is passionate about the human body and getting people back to their goals, whether it is getting back to daily life or back into gym or exercise. She specialises in treating conditions of the hip and is exceptionally well versed in movement for rehabilitation.

Kath loves to see the positive effect that massage therapy combined with an exercise program has on people’s mobility and how it can lead to improvement both in athletic performance and daily life. Kath likes to integrate movement and stretching into her treatments, as she believes movement is key to recovery.
