Meet our Podiatry Team
Shane has a wealth of knowledge and experience in podiatry and acupuncture, with 35 years as a practicing podiatrist and 25 years as a certified acupuncturist. Shane has also presented workshops and lectures to university podiatry students at UWA, Huddersfield Univeristy and Galway University.
Shane was previously the team podiatrist for the Australian A League Football Team; Perth Glory. He is currently the sports therapist for WA State Minor Gaelic Football and an elite under-age AFL football team.
Christine has been a Podiatrist for 15 years. She has spent time in both Private and Community Podiatry services where she has treated a wide range of foot conditions including skin and nail problems, foot and lower leg pain management and diabetes assessment. Later becoming a qualified Remedial Therapist and Personal Trainer, Christine utilises her further qualifications to offer additional treatment options including soft tissue therapies and rehabilitative exercise prescription. Christine also runs foot and lower leg strength and conditioning classes which help restore stability, balance and optimal function to the foot and lower leg. Christine believes that all foot and lower leg conditions need to be addressed in a multifaceted way to ensure the best outcome for her patients.
Adrian has almost 10 years experience in private practice, during this time he has developed his ability to identify and address problematic areas and get his patients back on their feet as soon as possible. Adrian loves to help people return to movement and he has a variety of treatment tools and techniques at his disposal, making every treatment unique to the individual.
Adrian has developed a keen interest in biomechanics after many years of playing sport including basketball, mixed netball, ultimate frisbee, obstacle course racing and long-distance running. He has even completed a course in custom footwear design with RMIT and has hand-made many shoes from scratch!
