Meet our Exercise Physiologists

Danielle Herrera

After graduating as a Sports Scientist, Danielle completed some work with Type 2 Diabetics and was fascinated how diet and exercise could ‘reverse’ their blood sugar levels. After one day the Doctor ran down the hall and yelled ‘you have cured my patient, he has come of his medications completely’, and from here I just wanted to help more, which is when I decided to become a Exercise Physiologist.

I have a strong passion for helping people improve their functionality and overall quality of life through tailored exercise programs using exercise as treatment. I enjoy working with musculoskeletal injuries, cardiovascular rehabilitation and other chronic or complex conditions.

In my spare time you will find me playing netball or at the beach during summer.
